yes, I suspect they might not have the balance sheet to go for an outright buyout.... the recent M&A cash portion (10% of the total) cny160m need outside funding !
Of course, we will never be 100% sure, but we are talking about usd200m (mine+production), not a walk in the park for them. No matter what come up, current sp 4.7 is a buy for me.
