    One thing that is evident is that they're basically going back to the drawing board for this - actuator shape, fabrication materials, PTO architecture, mooring architecture etc etc. So really it should be called Ceto 7 (or perhaps CETO X in iPhone-ese ) and CETO 6 should take it's place along CETO 5 as a stepping stone to where they're going.
