Brett64, a lot of people share your views but in the end it is the market cap / profits that determines the sp and the volumes. BHP got about 3b shares on issue and nobody cares.
A share consolidation won't make any difference, people buy and sell regardless of the sp level, traders are attracted to a trading range and to them 2.4 -2.7c is equal to 24c - 27c as KNO , ASN, JAT just showed.
I have been through a few consolidation, it was a disaster when the comp did not deliver and a blessing when they did. In the end, a consolidation won't change anything.
The next decent anns should take the sp above 3c, a succesful phase 1b to at least 5c, but more likely 10c -
if not taken out before that.
