Gday Bruce, back online as of yesterday, lost net and pay tv on 16th feb, was told it was area fault and would be back online the next day, when it wasn't I called and was given a appointment for the next Tuesday for technician , Tuesday came and appointment was cancelled by Telstra as they said area problem was fixed but ours still down, next appointment was for Thursday, same again, cancelled by text as they said area fault was fixed but ours still down, next appointment was for 26th and finally tech came and found we had fuse blown ( circuit breaker) and fixed in 5 minutes, the whole time this was going on our next door neighbour had never lost net or pay tv, but do you think I could get this through to an overseas faults crew?, truly one of the most frustrating things ive ever dealt with..
