    great write up ... one thing that worries me, as i have slowly increased my lynas holdings, is to do with "IP and Experience" component you mention above..

    I'm wondering how Lynas are protecting its IP, my concern is around
    1. past employees kickstarting competitor operations..
    2. industrial espionage
