Australia’s balance of trade fell to a surplus of $825 million in February, down from the prior $925 million surplus. South32 (ASX:S32) has provided US$275,000 in funding to Inca Mining (ASX:ICG) to receive the exclusive option to earn-in and acquire majority ownership of Inca’s zinc-silver-lead project in Peru. ICG shares up 20 per cent. Renewable energy generator and storage facility operator, Genex Power (ASX:GNX) has been given the nod by local landholders to develop a new wind project, as stage three of its Kidston Renewable Energy Hub in north Queensland. GNX shares rally up 5.3 per cent.
