Agree to certain extent, however for funding bodies like NAIF(which could be a major funder of debt), its not all about making money..it i more about how an investment can contribute towards creating jobs and develop regions.Morever, SKI unlikely to give $80Mill in equity, just to see the project not take off due to funding, so that is also a reasonably reliable source for funding
