Funny l spoke to a Jewish investor early 2017..they where selling everything since 2016 and we all know if you should follow anyone would be them they usually out before crash to rebuy...pretty sure same happened in USA
In the end who cares ....aud is cheap plenty people happily waiting to buy here..l can assure some houses that people overpaid will fall 30percent but anything around 500k to 650k you would think is safe as not much around
