when watso's kids were at high school - as part of their remuneration, watso gave the kids a "clothing allowance" - on top of pocket money.. ie the kids were responsible for buying their own clothes/shoes etc - the clothing allowance was high enough, so that they could buy "brand" stuff - but maybe wait until it was on special... lol - watso played his part, by always alerting the kids to any good deals that he might spot .
kids should also pay board - they are happy enough to pay $$$$$$ for a drink at a night club - so there is no need to subsidize that part of their life
