India whenever it is redeveloped will not need buildings like HX is targeted at
They wil need massive high rise construction similar to China and they will need steel lots of it
Where they going to get that ore for the steel you got it Australia
I can’t see HX been useful in India as they won’t save much on the labor front
The problem India has is the class system hanging on keeping those impoverished away from moving into working class digs
India is a fascinating place but it’s not somewhere I see anything changing re massive infrastructure like what China has done until the class system is broken down
It will happen but they won’t want 3x 2 homes they will want giant multi residential construction
