Is it possible as a Group we could. Delay, Stall, extend the process of this TO so that our BOD do not receive their Options as IMO they do not deserve them based on this deal.
Come May 14th if there was a lack of take up we would see a 2 week extension so what then are the repercussions on the Boards Options.
If they were not taken up that would be an approx 6% increase available to Share Holders would it not.

Assuming that the Rebel Group who are irate about the proceedings here gain a substantial amount of shares gathered up in support for the cause then it is feasible yes?
Or am i dreaming?

Yes TowieO,

the BOD have not acted in our best interest and should in no way be rewarded for shortchanging shareholders.

It would be karma if the offer was extended and they missed their options.
