A quick google search would tell you Aussie domestic prawn consumption is at least 15000 tons. The answer is if the price was right people would eat more and more prawns. It would be reasonable to assume given Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, India & China’s populations far exceed ours the demand for prawns in each of those countries would far exceeds ours and for Australian produce with known water quality and high food standards we would be on a winner IMO.
