Following on from the many discussions by small shareholders, we respectfully request the following information to enable us to judge the value and benefit from the proposed takeover:
1) Name(s) of "Independent Expert" (IE) appointed to prepare the Independent Expert’s Report?
2) Details of the selection process followed for the IE, with a brief description of how the Independence has been assured and how any conflicts of interest will be avoided?
3) The processes to be followed to ensure "verification" (clause 5.6 of Scheme Implementation Deed), including assurance of independence
