Yes he's right. My point is how I read them.
You say ASIC should have done their job .I say you need to do ASIC's job before you invest . ASIC employ humans just like me or you, if you say ASIC should have known then really you should have too.
You never have been and never will be able to rely on places like ASIC, they are simply not smart enough, won't matter what rules and regulations there is.
