It is not funny at all. A party leader is the public face of the party he leads, he needs to be able to utter convincingly in public and on the media platforms his party's policies and his party's attacks on the adversaries. An inability to do that can only lessen his party's effectiveness in winning over voters support. That is the reality every leadership aspirant faces.
Albanese's speech mannerism makes him comes across as indecisive and stuttering.
Show me where in the western democracy a political leader is not an effective speaker.
Policy substance is important, but equally important is the party's leader's ability to deliver the policy messages effectively to win over voters support.
