This thread is about how Abbott cut funding to ASIC which lead them to get rid of 200 staff, which in turn meant they had reduced ability to carry out investigations.
The irony is that the RC has unveiled some shocking behavior by the banks that ASIC may have been investigated had they had the extra staff.
