So any investor can write a 10 page report distorting facts and submit it to the ASX who then put the company into suspension? So I can do some research on ZZZ, write a report that looks legit that raises questions on legitimacy of prior announcements, send to ASX, company goes into suspension, wait for trading to resume, then buy up when niave investors sell. Am I missing something?
