    Insto's will buy but at fair value of ~$4.

    How is the business worth $700 million.

    We can start an online retailer tomorrow, flood the market with 50 million in advertising, 50 million in set up costs and we would have the same customer base as Kogan within 12 months and you would still have 600 million in your sky rocket based on yesterdays val...
