There are jobs on the move in the mining sector, don't know if there is any more created or just a shift from one sector to another.
The wife works for one in a HR position are are finding it difficult to recruit specific roles, I know these are limited but down the chain vacancies are there also.
You have a some sort of degree your in and is very hard to tell the next generation it's just 4 years of extra study and you are most likely setup for life.
How desperate they are to find someone for a role there is 5k up for grabs if you get someone to apply and accepted.
