50c suggests you're keeping in mind the AGO offer of a 59% premium. But AGO are producing and making money (sometimes)... they're operating at or around their potential currently.
HZR being speculative and not yet producing an income should be looked at and valued extremely differently. I don't think that sort of take over bid would work?
