    The Scheme of Arrangement is for 1 MIN share for every 571 AGO shares
    There is NO cash offer on the table.
    At the current price of MIN @ 18.00, the offer equates to 3.15c for AGO.
    So AGO is still trading at a discount to the offer on the table
    The comparison to the price that it equated to when the Scheme was announced is irrelevant.
