Hi Sailorlion,
the 9 US$/t i mentioned derived vom Deep South's PEA cover only mining costs - without processing, G&A, power and so on.
So total cash costs are for sure higher.
BAR/CNJ announced for their Mt. Thirsty laterite project about 30 US$/t cash costs without mining.
Our simple to process sulphite ore in a low-cost country should hopefully be lower.
I noticed Nzuri with a good strip-ratio, sulphite ore and a DMS floation calculated with approx 25 US$/t in its stage 1 Feas Study. I don't believe CLA's opex are lower.
So all in all I guess/hope CLA's SS will show opex between 35-40 US$/t before Cu-credits.
That would be fine imo and should be sufficient to achieve a decent NPV further depending on capex, size of operation and pricing premisses.
