They are building the argument as systematically and in a low cost manner as they can. i.e. project updated looks better that the puff and smoke it looked like not so long ago.
My gut feel is that there is a parallel lode and it will be economic to mine in due course.
The ASX rules state the conditions miners have to meet to call it a resource or reserve. I presume they'll be able to get to a reasonable resource then can look for funds on the TSX etc. The assumption is the supply demand situation with Cu will support and that's likely. It's true that the market is really just discounting copper explorers to rock bottom values. Conditions that make takeovers by producers ripe.
I presume HCH have turned corner but hey, I'm an investor so always optimistic on SP's anyway.
By the same token I wouldn't like it to be the only arrow in my quiver.
