Now please don't bother quoting verses that contradict this (even if you can find them) because I have repeatedly posted that scripture contradicts itself.

So what your suggesting, don't bother quoting, I have my one eyed opinion which you keep saying I have, and YOU say there is many contradictions and you know best so that must be true, so bugger off.
So I would suggest to you, many of them are only contradictions to you as you appear to be against seeing the whole truth as the above verse suggest we need and so we DON'T cherry pick as you accuse many of doing, very flexible changing rules your throwing out here?
So have a look at the verse you quoted and just pop your eyes down a verse or two and see the
