Did you not see, I "said" your points had yes's and no's, on the surface of it, so if one only takes the areas you mention, then it's easy to understand how people could see it this way.

But basically and I can only quote the words of the Bible, so there shouldn't be any of this or that stuff or suggesting you knew I wouldn't agree with you, sorry if I can't because the verse I quoted about Jesus asking the Father for this same oneness for all, clearly with no debating necessary rules out the other verses suggesting Jesus is also The God.

As for the rest of the stuff and relevance, it was pretty much all relevant to address your point properly - Of course that raised the question: Why then did Jesus rely so much on his Father.
So to answer this point, it is a requirement to understand who is actually who, whose the Holy Spirit and who The Word is, the whole picture.
So basically, Jesus being a man and Spirit as such and not some Spirit from eternity with power, had no option but to rely on the Father.
Hence, with everything effectively expressed out of Jesus being the Fathers, so naturally he would be showing the nature of God and therefore Jesus could say - If you have seen me you have seen the Father, who is invisible. Spirit in action and The Word being expressed out of him, the light of men.
