    I haven't posted in ages and thought I'd offer my opinion as to why IBG have yet to secure funding. Reason being IMO the continued negotiations between IBG and NFC to realise fair value for the 20% divestment of Citronen.
    I can't see NFC walking away from such a large contract to build Citronen.
