Good points, I agree completely. Before I invested I had the luxury of viewing a few stores across the country and in NZ. The difference between RFG and Adairs is the store and experience quality. RFG brands are dated and old news, adairs resonates with new home buyers/first time home owners so well. Spend ten minutes in any of the stores it’s self evident.
