    "MQB have already been buying gazillions of AGO & shorting MIN & may be betting on another player and/or a higher bid from MIN. I'm certain they don't want to hold AGO or MIN, lol !"

    Do you actually know that MQG are shorting MIN?
    In my post, I speculated that they might be doing that as part of a takeover arbitrage but it was just that, a speculation.
