    Corporate crooks to face tougher penalties under new rules to be revealed by Government

    Among the proposed tougher penalties, individuals who provide false or misleading information to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) would face a maximum five-year prison term, up from two years.

    Sounds great. Please lock these crooks up for five years. I don't mind you keeping the money, just lock them up.
