It is my opinion albeit as a laymen continuous disclosure means shareholders should be advised timely when a company is technically insolvent and can no longer pay the bills.
For someone who has been the most incorrect more often then anyone else who has ever posted on this forum I'm not very interested in what you think continuous disclosure law means. Furthermore unless you are a qualified and registered practicing lawyer you should not be interpreting and giving advice about continuous disclosure law means.
