not sure why people are actually bothered about the tailings. Tailings , particularly in a mine that was run up in the DRC years ago, would contain an absolute mush of everything; so you can imagine what grade we'd actually get out of it; it would be so diluted the grades per tonne would be down at 0.01% on down most likely . Ok, the cost of extraction , crushing are basically wiped out; but IMO there wouldn't be a hope of getting that stuff out of Manono and to a customer economically...and then the amount of waste trying to process anything economic out of it...
