    CabinetMember, best to read the Annual Report and the last financials. Its all explained there. What isn't in the report is the actual price for electric/power  for the 20 year power contract.  The price is supposed to be confidential as  its one of the lowest in the world (US$0.03c/KWh) This is why  OMH profits will be the highest of all ferro and manganese alloy producers in the world.
