    with a Scheme of Arrangement other bidders are usually locked out till the vote is over
    so if the agreement with harbour and santos for SoA is to lock out other bidders then no one else can bid
    remember soon you will be in a trading halt till the vote.
    I just cant understand why the board didn't reject the SoA
