For a company growing at such an apparently rapid pace why would the current view rate be close to their lows from last year?

Wouldn't view rates be consistently move upward as the company grows? Sure there would be some volitility month to month but views right now are at a lower point they were Feb last year and approaching the all time low of your graph from late 2016.
