"Why are there so many muslim looking blokes there ?"
Some of them were highly trained, hard working Doctors on there way to work to save the lives of British citizens. As she got to the hysterical ranting and raving part they became concerned that she might have a heart attack.
Had that actually happened, they would have rushed in try to save her, but her muslim hating supporters would have rushed in to drag them away, "don't touch her" they'd scream, "she hates you, she wouldn't want to be saved by highly trained, life saving muslim Doctors".
So poor old Katie passed away. Oh well.
Later her supporters were down the pub drinking heavily and some of them suggested that maybe they should have let the Doctors save her even if they were muslim, so she could continue her ranting and raving anti muslim crusade .
This sensible idea enraged the others so they started brawling and stomping on each others heads. Oh well.
