On the contrary you say - effectively what your saying, as my car is mine so is the Holy Spirit to God?
God is a Spirit, therefore your saying that is His personal Spirit, Him and there is another Spirit, The Holy one.
(This despite the fact, I'm pretty sure the Bible says, God is Holy).
So if I have your understanding correct, the Bible certainly does not run on the whole, with that theme.
I would suggest we need to be careful as to how we view the Holy Spirit as in lets say, it come as a Dove down to Jesus as that was to show John, a sign, confirmation that Jesus was the one.
John 16:13,14,15 - Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
John 14:16 - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
John 14:26 - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
The Spirit of truth is going to show what is Jesus's, the Spirit of truth is then identified as The Father, who is also identified as the Comforter and the Comforter is identified as The Holy Spirit.
The Spirit of truth is going to glorify Jesus and we know full well it was The Almighty God & Father that glorified Jesus, hence again, support for God being The Holy Spirit, Spirit of Truth.
So we know the Father is The Almighty God and He is the Holy Spirit as clearly shown from the above.
Notice the yellow highlights and the first one, is talking in the present tense because "it" the Spirit of Truth, The Holy Spirit is with them, IN Jesus.
So naturally when he was to go, that was going to go, Hence another, the same but now instead of it being with them IN Jesus, it will now (second yellow highlight) Will Be IN them. As shown following;
John 2:19 & 21- Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
But he spake of the temple of his body.
We are to become part of His body, the true Church.
1 Cor 3:16 - Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
2 Cor 6:16 - And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
So if it is as I say and you have effectively created another spirit = God hath No agreement with it = suggests a serious problem?
So here we have it again, The Spirit of God and God dwell in you = Spirit/God are one in the Same and "we" know this Spirit is The Holy Spirit.
Anyway, happy to have a look at the verses you say suggest the Holy Spirit is not a person if you have easy assess to them or are they easy time find on your site.
It may or may not be of interest to you, most of my post and info is only gathered at the time of posting, I generally don't copy it and store. So each time I am effectively starting over and I feel it reduces the chances of getting one eyed as at times you find new info to strengthen what you have or correct it.
