I thought trading updates were optional over here unless there's a big shift in circumstances from the "norm".
Pretty sure it's otherwise every 6 mths for this type of company, half year accounts and full year accounts . The annual report also has to make an appearance.
Just my understanding of it though, I haven't read the rule book as I don't believe it's enforced adequately, have a look at CBA and AMP in our Royal commission currently going on, ASIC missed or didn't act on those " queries"
