When we drove in to have a look over the 47k patch in Sept after the reported bonanza dig, just mused what a hard dig amongst the boulders it would have been and then we moved on thinking after such hard work they had got it all. Just wish we had given it more thought, got the rake and Minelab out, and maybe would have dug a few of those missed nuggets out before Artemis got to them. In loose ground to boot. Got to think more out of the square I guess, walking away from the brand new 47k patch to one that's been flogged for over 40 years, but we did get a few more grams? and still have a few ARV to keep watching in interest as to whether it is either a small eluvial gold nugget concentration, or a localised eroded exposure of a much larger scale gold system. We will soon have some idea which it is to be, and the other players will be watching closely in the coming race to production. Having Radio Hill permitted and operational mid year is going to bring ARV right back into focus for all to see if things pan out at 47k patch and beyond leaving Novo to continue to figure out Purdy's/Comet Well conglomerate gold on it's own. But I think that as the 47k patch ounces start to pile up, Novo will be forced to ramp up to a full scale bulk trial mining program to avoid being left far behind in conglomerate gold dust blowing across from Radio Hill which will be likely operational in just a few more weeks. The starting gun has just been fired in this new Pilbara rush to production, and we will soon see a very big ramp up in activity as the hunt goes on to the next stage and excitement returns again to maybe the whole sector.
