    This free carry was mentioned in Lattice transaction document as a $49m spend that Lattice is committed to.
    It is not exactly clear as to how the $43m will be allocated with the new deal done with BPT. The quarterly presentation and conference call might throw some light.
    Had the $43m been spent on the unconventional gas, it will unlikely benefit SXY or BPT.
