The CEO and Chair have changed since those days. Recently we haven't seen any large leak movements.
Janchor have also come into play. I personally would prefer a CR than to sell off NZ at a low ball price.
Regardless of what happens, the ASC and debt will have to be paid down and when this happens, SP will bounce back. That is the reason, I'd be buying if there is a CR.
