100% share price gain for some share holders and break even or better for AVB holders who have had their money tied up for years. 16 cps now against the risk of the TO not going ahead or being stalled by hold outs. These are small but very real risks, eg a regulatory road block on Centro legals could lead to the withdrawal of the offer at any time. Selling now is completely sensible in these circumstances, it's a bird in the hand. OK could miss out on a higher offer but also could hold and see the SP fall back a lot and then suffer years more frustration. I sold half at 16 cps and will wait a little longer before selling the rest, but I will sell before the deadline if no other offer has emerged. My opinion DYOR.
