Look back on the last year and think of one thing that Matt has done that has not benefited others. The cap raise last year happened to be done at a great time with less dilution. The locked in money for phase 2 was beautifully played. So whilst I take on board the No explanation, I think I will vote Yes. The ability of a prudent board to make a decision without asking our approval has to be considered in every situation and my faith is with Matt wholeheartedly. How would you feel if a billion dollar dermo company was allowed to take a fifteen percent stake in BOT? Pretty damn good I imagine. Just wait for the dermatits results and I think more ideas will be forthcoming. I have had interests in companies that have had to act very very quickly to put something in place, a bit part for the ultimate showtime experience.

As much a I appreciate Raiizo input I’m with you Beefarmer I voted yes as I believe what Matt has been doing for BOT is brilliant.
