I dont know why you are that worried about it. What do you want them to do, sit there with their hands in their pockets? Whats your plan, vote no and then complain that they arent able to get anything done because they have no money to do it?
Even large shareholders dont get a say in what happens as its the board that makes the decisions and quite frankly, I am happy to leave it to Matt as his holding of 70+ million shares is likely more than the combined holding of hotcopper posters and the vested interest that he has means that any decisions made in the interest of the bottom line directly effects his return.
