Your not the only one to own many NZ properties over the last so many years ..my first one was a section in Queenstown went up 250% in less than a year .. was only 24yrs old

Really last 30-40 yrs NZ property has been brilliant here couldn't go wrong >> but that doesn't mean we will see the same return the next 30-40yrs too think that would be very stupid when you use the household debt to income ratios ..

Silver has been pretty much dead in ass over the same time(including inflation) ...but that doesn't mean it will be over the next 30yrs+ not if you believe in technology and dropping grades of production over the years ....

Its a very long play IMHO
