I could be wrong, but I don't believe that after tax figures are usually used in these type of calculations.
I see where you are coming from, but in order to compare similar stocks across different jurisdictions, pre tax figures are traditionally used.
Price Earning ratio's are simply a tool to compare relative value, not a flag to buy or sell necessarily.
As I said, profits are highly likely to increase, expansion is likely to be more problem free than the initial stage and prices likely to stay firm (again imo). Who knows, we may even get a surprise from the Borates division.
