I've lost count of the number of properties I've owned since I went to Newland's seminar decades ago, but it's sure been a winner.
Must have been about 35 or 40 years ago.
The silver price was $6 then, now it's $16.50.
The local house price then was about $24,000, now it's $1,000,000. Plus rent, compounded.
And you guys reckon silver is a great buy and you're going to make some money.
