He says he's heading to London, which if you assume he was in DRC primarily for Winmar, then one could also assume he's heading back to London to further discuss the potential JV with Red Rock Resources and their team, as they have their headquarters @ 71-91 Aldwych House, London.
Also, seeing as JB's twitter posts are generally an advertisement for future movement, I notice he's conveniently placed an open document which holds the stamp of RAWBANK (which is in Lubumbashi) with the verified transaction dated 13/04/18. Perhaps there has been a monetary transaction which has taken place, with Gecamines.. Generally you don't require a verified stamp, signature and standalone document for a currency exchange or small deposit/withdrawal. PURE SPECULATION on my part, but my opinion is that we are 2-4 weeks away from an announcement that RRR, WFE are to establish a JVco in the DRC, with licensing and contracts supplied by Gecamines, I believe it will be a multiple acquisition. Kinsenda, Liushi and Likasi. At least two, if not three tailings, something near infrastructure, perhaps where Gecamines has a ownership. Fast track to production, 6 months to a year, Brewer will continue posting updates as to avoid the lull and retrace in SP after post acquisition and pre - production. Should see SP soar if we can get this JV off the ground, with the right team. But don't forget the 100m MC target for ML and his gains, there will be a lot of shares on the market ready to burn when this thing gets hot, plus that escrow will end eventually, beware the big players and remember to take profits incrementally.
