I presume you fully understand a 20m h2 npat would almost certainly mean an ebitda of lower than 45m? This would be a breach of debt covenants. Therefore your investment is in hands of bankers who are interested in getting their money back, not maximizing shareholders wealth?
All suspending the dividend will do is stop more shares being issued as rfg has been funding dividends by a fully underwrittened drp and not though cashflow ?
