yes mate, the matter had been raised to a higher level as there was a discrepancy between how the local authorities and the MRMWR thought the letter needed to be stamped, which is really just ego posturing by bored bureaucrats, and by all accounts PAM, the MDO and Tanfeedh are all beyond fed up with the "big fish in small ponds" who are impeding progress.
I've been told that there will be no other updates regarding the license until it is finally and officially in the hands of PAM, it is pretty much the endgame now.
