    Agree mineral sands is currently unloved but that can change quickly ..... the gulf region eg close to africa ....is developing rapidly ..not just dubai ....but SAUDI (where the development has been and will continue to be biggger than dubai)

    Yes agree this is not quick money .. time has been added to value realisation ...but i dont think too much time has been added
